Greetings from the Crown hosts!
Thank you for your patience as we work through the latest BoD guidance regarding COVID-19 protocols.
Per the latest guidelines, proof of vaccinations or a negative COVID test along with a state-issued photo ID is required for entry to the site.
If you are taking a test, the test must be administered no earlier than Wednesday for Saturday’s activities. If you are attending Princess Protector Tourney or the Circles on Sunday, that test must be administered no earlier than Thursday. The same test may be used for both days, however, you will be required to show proof of vaccination or test status on both days. Either Rapid or PCR tests are acceptable, however, they must be administered by a medical professional.
If you have not already preregistered through SCArs or the Google Form, please do so as soon as possible to reduce the sign-in process. The pre-reg form is found here: https://ift.tt/3AJ1FQG Please remember we are still required to collect contact information which is why this form will help speed things along.
Children ages 3-11 must wear a mask during the event.
If you feel this new policy changes your plans for the weekend, a full refund will be granted. A refund must be requested through the following form not later than 11:59 pm on October 8, 2021. https://ift.tt/39HuGAe Refunds will not be processed until after October 9, 2021.
If you wish to set up your pavillions prior to Saturday morning, the site will be open from 4-6 pm for setup. There will be no security provided overnight. Otherwise, the site will open at 9 am Saturday. We look forward to seeing you all soon. As a final reminder, the site is wet and there will be merchants available.
If you have any questions regarding these changes please reach out to either Seamus MacRae (Matthew Willis) or Adelaisa Bernois (Erin Hagmaier). We will respond as quickly as we are able.
